Who We Are

Our Mission

The New England Lacrosse League (NELL) began in 2020 as a way for club lacrosse teams throughout the region to compete during the spring season. Founded by the Houlagans (NH), Penguins (MA), RI Bulldogs (RI), and True Boston (MA) the league will consist of games on Saturday afternoons in May and culminate in a championship weekend. The mission of the NELL is to create more competitive gameplay opportunities in addition to spring town lacrosse. The purpose is to give players across New England the ability to compete at the highest level against quality competition each week. Full statistics and game scores will be posted weekly and will foster an atmosphere of commitment and skill development.

• Prospective programs must have the following:

  • Field in New England Region with a minimum of (2) fields on Saturday afternoons in April/May from 3PM-8PM.

  • One team at each youth age levels
